How much of a profit do these hotels expect?!? £10.50 doesn't sound too much for something they are going to get at least £27.00 for when they sell it. That doesn't sound too bad a mark up to me.

Or are we talking about the cake being a part of the meal which is included in the price of the B&B?

They do look delicious but I'd have to go for one without kirsch and without calories.
