The car park overspill is just a reflection of the lack of planning when designing the site. Several instances of which have been obvious during the build.
The car park layout does not conform to the original plan which was placed before the planning committee.

Margaret when have you seen any facility like this with adequate parking, if they had to allow for a parking space for every body who had a car it would be just one great big car park and no playing fields, as for being wheeled to an ambulance it happens every time I go to hospital they have to cart me about 50 yards to an ambulance they just get on with it it part of life when you live in flats
