Hot air balloon.

There's a hot air balloon flying in the sky now.

To the west of me, so must be over Whitebirk I suppose.

Anyone else see it?

What a beautiful morning to fly over Lancashire.

Love to fly in one.

Has anybody ever taken a flight in a balloon?

Re: Hot air balloon.

I was supposed to take a flight in one over a game park in Kenya, but the weather wasn't right, and it was cancelled.

Something definitely on my 'to do list'.

I've heard a rumour that it was Councillor Britcliffe up in the balloon, with a pair of binoculars, searching for his lost desk, somewhere in Hyndburn.

If it was he had a beautiful morning for it.

Though he'd veered off course somewhat.

It probably was because i have been to a balloon festival there, they even had a battle of britain fly past spitfire, hurricane, and lancaster, it made all the hairs on the back of your neck stand up when they flew over fantastic

Holker Hall?

Holker Estate - Holker Hall & Gardens

I've seen balloons near there.

Must have been beautiful. It's lovely up there.

I suppose the only drawback is, that if you go high enough, you'll see Morecambe.

That'd probably happen to me too, if I saw Cashy up there in a balloon.

Knowing it might start spitting soon.
