How dare they
Have just noticed that criticism is being levelled at higher ranks in the Army. This in relation to the recent trials. How dare they ? Do they not know that the higher ranks are not just Officers, but Officers and Gentlemen.

Being made responsible and accountable for your actions or in actions makes no distinction between an Officer and a Gentleman or being an abuser of ones position.
