Re: How long are they closed

2 Days at the most and then they are open again till New Years Eve then they are closed for another day, but it seems to be the same every year people always buy extra of everything and end up eating up so to speak well into January. I think it stems from the pre supermarket era when we relied on markets to provide fresh food and in particular greengroceries which were only available on market days so if the market day was a public holiday then it was either wait till the market was open or do without the fresh produce, as they say old habits die hard. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to everyone on Accyweb.
