Re: Human Rights

Human rights should be reserved for the law abiding citizen..........law breakers should have their human rights withdrawn.

OK...... they may be locked up, but they have no worries about where their next meal is coming from.........they don't have any bills to pay...........they have leisure facilities provided free.........no wonder a lot of them go straight back in again.

Punishment should be just that.

Re: Human Rights

I dont think criminals should have any rights at all, we are far too soft in this country, I think all murderers should be made to suffer, dont see why we should feel sorry for them.

Human rights for prisoners should reflect the crimes for which they have been committed. A mother who struggled to pay her rent and fiddled the benefit system should have more rights than an old bast-ard who premeditatedly killed a child.
One is a thief, the other a murderer.

Hand chopped off for one, head chopped off for the other

Re: Human Rights

In the days of my former helmet, as Garinda would say. I arrested a 51 year old man who had changed the second bedroom of his council house into a waiting room full of jars of sweets and porn mags. I found that he had had intercourse with 53 chidren under 10years of age. The youngest was a little boy of 23 months. We were not allowed to give him a good hiding or let the deputation of furious parents who turned up at the police station, into his cell.
The judge at Manchester Crown Court sentenced him to the maximum sentence he was allowed to at the time. 4 years. He went to serve his term at strangeways prison, (after several trips and falls after court) and a whisper in a prison officers ear in reception made sure that he would not get out early for being a model prisoner. When word got round he was involved in a fight most days which actually lengthened his term. Hope the bu--er never got out.

Re: Human Rights

People like that are disgusting, and should be punished accordingly, ie removing body parts without the use of anaesthetic.

First use a brick to start the proceedings...
