Hyndburn Feedback.
Presume some of you have got the invitation to become part of the Citizens' Panel to receive questionnaires on what I presume will be your comments on the Council's performance and suggestions for improvements, etc. Am tempted.
Anyone doing it at the moment ?
Think they are interested in all ages, but particularly the under 25's .. guess us pensioners have more time and may make up a large proportion of the panel already.
They have a web-site link:

to be quite honest Kate some of the questions are stupid, they take the format of box ticking, as in what do you think about this are the council very good, good, neither one or the other, bad, very bad tick one box
In some cases I'm not able to give an opinion, on things like leisure as I don't use the facility. As for you doing the survey Kate, you'd take it in your stride, would say it would be a doddle to somebody like you who has plenty of common sense

Re: Hyndburn Feedback.
I have also been doing the feedback survey for approx 3 years. Like Jaysay said, some of the questions are silly. Makes me wonder who are they targeting? Do they think we are all thick? Mind you, thinking about it we must be - we're allowing them to destroy our community with all their airy-fairy plans. I just hope that enough people with common sense do the questionaire and that the powers that be listen and act upon them.

Blooming hek Neil ... sounds like a compliment .. will document that.
Know what you mean Jaysay ... ticking boxes aren't always very satisfying.
Would be good though if they could get more younger people doing it. They are the future, after all.
