It seems I'm Poor, and although I didn't know it, according to their letter, I am

struggling to afford food, utility bills and other essential items.

So they very kindly have sent me a letter worth £90.00.
All I have to do is turn up at the Post Office with the letter and some Identification:-
Valid photo UK driving licence.
Valid Passport.
Citizens card.
Now this is just a bit tricky, you see,
My
driving licence is the old type, never needed to update it so didn't. cost for new type from what I can google £20 (but it isn't mandatory to update to a new type my old one is still valid).
Valid Passport mine ran out during lock down I can't see me going abroad anytime soon so should I really pay £85 online just to have what would become an I.D. card?
Citizens Card which turns out to be some sort of Government identity card that I would have to pay for myself (£15).
So to collect this cash this officially poor person would have to fork out cash to get the hand out.
Why can't I use my bus pass It has my piccy, name & home address on it and cost me nowt!
At one time all we needed was a utility bill from the same address as proof going paperless has stopped that.
I will go the Post Office and having used the place for many, many years hope the guy behind the counter will recognise me and let me have the cash without too much fuss.
