Those weary women hanging around the Arndale cenre are usually trying to get people to sign up for mail order catalogues - I've been approached by enough of them, almost as bad as the double glazing phone calls.

It may be interesting to hold an AccyWeb survey to see how many of us have been approached by HBC to give an opinion on ------------ anything!

Well now let me think. I've got fishing nets and I've got net curtains and I think I even have an old hairnet or two. As they are all in the house I guess they are internal nets and I can reach most of them apart from the hairnets because they are in a high cupboard so I suppose you could say I have internalnet access.

Well, Still no sign of the fabulous new website that is going to change all our lives and add immeasurably to the fun of living in HBC-land. I begin to suspect that it will not "go live" until a predetermined number have submitted their email addresses. I will leave you to figure out why that might be.

I hear on the grapevine that the site will have links to other local websites;some of which have not been completed.
Perhaps this is the reason for delay?

Perhaps the money spent on the Survey could have been put to better use funding those charities?
