I tried to point out the coding errors to the people who were supposedly operating the website at ground level and was told that they couldn't do anything because it was all controlled by the webmaster who created it.
I contacted Clicks and Links direct and they were anything but friendly and helpful. They basically said that I didn't know what I was talking about and that HBC hadn't reported any problems. Of course they hadn't reported any flippin problems because there was nobody there who understood what the problems were!
If C&L had only gone and had a look for themselves they would have been able to see what was glaringly obvious to those of us who were trying to be helpful but they stubbornly refused to do that.
As for the people onsite who we tried to explain it to they just told us off for 'spoiling it for everybody'
