i didnt think you could get worse than accringtons bowling place , the lanes dont work properly and the staff tehe last tiem i went were pretty cluless but blackburns bowling place tops the lot

not only do the lanes not work properly like putting 10 pins back when u have knocked down 8 or simply dosnt let you throw a second ball but there is no service what so ever

if you are paying by the hour and are with children blackburn is not a place to take your kids especialy if you are a single parent and heres why

if you decide that you want a drink you have to either

a: gather up all your children and belongings because you dont want them stealing while your gone and make your way towards the service area which was un attended when i went and wait ages to be served

b: leave your children guarding your belongings and hope to god if you have young children none of them put their hands in the machinary

c: get your drinks first and hope the water they label coke dosnt go totaly flat before you actualy want it


my advice is go to accrington bowling , their lanes are just as crap but at least tehy will bring a drink to you

accy bowl was pretty good a few yrs back - been declinin ever since

We went to Accy Superbowl on Monday and I noticed how uneven the lane surfaces seem to be now. They almost rival Ormerod Street in places - Morecambe is just as bad too.
