A grant from an organisation which is so corrupt that its own auditors have refused to sign its accounts off for 14 years running? Pass!

I too am confused why someone would support an idealist fraternal European Union, and yet not support the United Nations, who didn't sanction a war against Iran.

Re: I don't believe this one

The Worzel Gummidge of politics, aka Michael Foot has popped his clogs at the age of 96. Not, dresswise, the smartest politician of his time, but a man with a sharp mind and a brilliant choice of words when challenged. Not politically my cup of tea, but nevertheless a good and honest to a fault, grass roots labour man.
