why do they need to earn money?

Oh yeh so they can spend their earnings on phone calls, renting a TV or buying goods from the canteen........THEY SHOULDNT BE GETING ANYTHING!

No wonder people like going to prison these day

I agree Margaret, prisons should be run on the lines of the American Chain Gangs with armed guards with orders to shoot to kill. Seems these creeps in British prisons can build up quite a nest egg on 100 quid a week, no wonder prisons are full.
OR
Prisons should be built on top of coal mines surounded by high walls, no warders inside, so much coal out, so much food in, let the buggers sort out who does what. The only criteria is coal out, food in.

He murdered at least five kids, he’s been kept warm, dry, clothed and fed at our expense for 42 years and we currently give him £1300 per year and he has the gall to whinge

Dunno why the papers give this freak a voice, his existence shouldn’t even be acknowledged.
