Re: I'd rather this was in anything goes!
Oh well, well, I notice that certain posts have been removed from the council meeting thread. Does who you are give you extra rights then?
Can PB not take the flack like us mere mortals?

Good I am glad is was tidied up. People have been moaning about no Tory involvement on AccyWeb and as soon as there is all we get is abuse thrown about.
Is that the way we welcome our new members?

No, we usually welcome them with a friendly hello, after they've introduced themselves in the relevant thread.

Yes, you are right Garinda .. may have been a few tongue in cheek remarks but, nonetheless, friendly ... I usually add a kiss too ...

You're only saying that because he mentioned you in the Observer
Have I to put 2 and 2 together?

Yes it does !!!
If you are heavily into politics and have extra credits on accyweb you can read things normal members cannot or twist the bias in your favour with the odd deleted post.

You may have just made 5. What was the Observer comment about?

As typed from last weeks accy observer page 18 .. leaders viewpoint ....
Neil Mooney is chairman of the Friends of Rhyddings Park. Neil and his team do a really fantastic job and thats why i was delighted to be able to find the £67,000 towards improvements for the par, on the basis that a lottery grant was to be had, but this in fact wasnt forthcoming. Rhyddings Park has been neglected for years and its great that we are now able to begin to address the problem, which will probably start with footpaths and drainage as that is what the Friends would like to see done first. Incidentally, watch this space for Hyndburns first Green Bank Holiday event to be held in the park on Sunday 3 May.
I only typed the bit about you.

Did he really spell park "par"?
I have not had time to read last weeks paper yet and this weeks is out already. Having one of those busy weeks.
I did of course know about the money for the park a few weeks ago.

What a load of Chelthanem, the roses you could grow from that pile of steaming horses left overs just shows how out of touch you really are, the members, (and that includes you or I), can read all we want to into every post, but do you really believe that to get extra credits you have to be 'heavily into politics', have you forgotten that nepotism also works?
For goodness sake baggy get real!
