Am only pleased that my son refused to wear trackie bottoms and hooded jackets since the age of 11 years ('cept on the sport's field). Not good for attracting the right type of female he thought !
Well, they 'aint gonna' score in this fancy dress, are they ? Let's face it ('scuse the pun), anyone who buys them are doing it to shock and look menacing, so don't really consider bought for fun! How much are they anyway ? Bet not cheap.

I can see what you mean, from the aspect of covering the whole face. It does get some people annoyed when they are asked to remove a woolly scarf from around their mouth and nose when entering a bank and then right behind them comes a woman in full face covering. That face hoodie is a lot more intimidating than a niqab though. It's obviously intended to shock.
