Get rid of Amgoingformydinnerdad, and bring back the heir to the throne, HIH Crown Prince Reza Pahlav.

Maybe if he opened it more and controlled the headless chickens that now run HBC (not my words may I add) things would be better and more open

Give them time to settle down a bit. They have gone from thinking everything the last lot were doing was wrong and they would do it differently, to realising they cant do everything all at once with the resources they have.

Oh come on Neil with the bitching they did prior to the election and the greater than thou attitude, one would have thought the good ship HBC would be a doggle for this happy bunch of campers, seems life in power ain't all sweetness and light they thought it would be, but it surely doesn't bode well for the council when the Leaders column in the Obs is written by anybody but the leader, what message does that send out to the public, I know people with no political enthusiasm at all have commented on this, that is unless its change in today's issue which I haven't seen yet

'Think'?
Rather vocal 'thinking' then, whilst in opposition.
Round here that's known as being gobby...to put it politely.

Not only that, some promised more transparency, if they took control of the council.
At least there's one bit of truth to that.
Quite tansparently, it was a lie.

Labour say its about showing the people of Hyndburn that the Council is not run by one person but is run by them all making decisions together.
A big criticism, on here at least, is that one man made the decisions when the Tories were in power.
I am easy either way as long as what needs doing gets done.

Could any right thinking resident of Hyndburn disagree with our councillors voting for such a neccesary and well thought out motion?
