We recently had a thread about parking on Blackburn road. Do you think someone has been reading the forum again and acting on what we talked about?

Does this mean that if we see plod driving past someone parked we can take the plod registration and along with date and time report them for not adhereing to the zero tolerance policy? I believe a record must be kept of who is driving what plod cars at all times so they should be able to trace the officer involved.

I think the Obs will pick up on whats said on here, I'm glad something is being done, hope they keep it up, surely it would be worth while having a Traffic warden in the area.
