Was down town this afternoon ... and walked thro the market hall ... came out the otherside to walk past the town hall and saw this ..... so is it true ...

The guy who owns the car and trail is a nut case, its something to do with the pavilion in the Park in Many Road that burnt down and insurance payments. There was some sort of police investigation but they found nothing wrong, but this chap just won't have it

What's the registration number on the trailer?

We could trace it, see who it's registered to, and see if there's a clue as to why they might have done it?

It isn't normally used for carrying 'For Sale' boards, is it?

That was investigated by the police, and CPS, ages ago, and thrown out, because no crime was committed..

What a sad numpty.

It makes an appearance every now and again .

The man with a bee in his bonnet who drives the thing around stood in two local elections last year , in May against Peter Britcliffe and then again as an Independent in the Baxenden bye-election .

although the guy according to the police is in the wrong about his concerns he thinks he is in the right and you got to give they guy credit for taking action.More people willing to act is what we need in this country but preferably people who are correct.

mind you i often admire the excentric like that farmer who covered his town hall with manure using his muck spreader after recieving his council tax bill or people who paid their poll tax with cheques superglued to car doors lol

sorry for the wander, but kind of related (local nutters) , From before my time on Accy web , but who is "life in the mix" seems he is banned from this site , but gets lots of posts on the Evening Telegraph site, seems a bit 'eccentric' any particular reason he/she is verboten
