I am going to tell you all a story that un-folded before my very eyes this afternoon(wed19th april) whilst sat on the picnic site at caton near the river lune,I watched an elderly gentleman walking across the car park with a walking stick!I thought to myself you will be like that one day and i dont no what made me do it but i took his photo,anyway see for your self....i have called him bert! now bert has a mate!who i think should be called albert and that is all i can tell you for today.............continues tonight(if sober)

Hurry up, I'm all agog! Strangely, he looks a lot like an old man I saw today in Warrington who was weaving his way along the pavement shouting, "You bas**rd" at the Invisible Man by his side. I think he'd just come out of the pub - I hope he had. Is the Invisible Man Albert?

Nice Matchless he's riding though! I hope I'm still riding at that age. If it keeps him going then good on him. Those of you who have never experienced a good day on a bike will just not understand the buzz that it gives. Make it one of the things to do before you die, you won't be disappointed
