What nice little cafe? I can't remember what was there before. It's next to the video shop.

Re: Juice bar

I notice that the one just to the left is still empty. Also there is a clothing shop further along to the right that is closing down.

Re: Juice bar

I think that's still there - I ought to know because I caught that bus this morning!

A juce bar would probably have been more in demand in the summer - lets hope it survives that long.

I'm not sure if that clothing shop is coming or going! It was empty and then seemed to start up again with some different things.

Re: Juice bar

I walk past it a few times a week, & there only seems to be about 10 items left in it. The take-away across the road seems to have closed down as well.

Re: Juice bar

The woman who used to have that (and did a roaring trade) sold it and bought a cafe in Blackburn market but I haven't seen her for ages so maybe she sold that and moved on. The take-away never did as well after she left though.

Maybe it'll take off with some of our youngsters. They should have somewhere to go to meet there friends.
I'm still waiting for somebody to open an ice-cream parlour. Winter or summer!!!

Re: Juice bar

Juice bars and smoothie bars are very popular down under.. Maybe they will catch on here, especially in the summer. If they do smoothies I'll give it a whirl..

Re: Juice bar

There's one in Morecambe that was doing well in the summer. I love them on holiday in hot places. Very refreshing.

What we need is a Baskin Robins if you're talking Ice Cream Caspar.

Mind you, you can't eat a whole one to yourself very often!

Good luck to them.

Better than another empty shop.
