I think all the dangerous breeds should either be banned or have to be muzzled, its damage limitation Mr D, the smaller breed whose jaws do not lock don't cause has much damage. As for the alcohol debate, yes it can be damaging if abused but subject for a different thread.

What justifies a dangerous breed? the List would be long if we are just targeting big dogs.

Banning - Will never Happen - Muzzeled, again this should be down to the owner, If they feel the dog may bite then in public a muzzel should be worn.
