Re: kids penpals Help!!

Nell I think it's great you are worried your daughter may not have enough friends, but I wouldn't force the issue too much. The pen pal idea seems good, so does using the internet, as long as it's a safe site and monitered.

I was forced to join all kinds of things when I was younger, and hated every minute of it. Far from being shy though, I was just biding my time until I found an interesting enough bunch of nutters to play with. As you get older you meet more people who you have things in common with, and I' m sure if she's anything like her Mum she'll have no trouble making good friends when she's ready.

If you read the first post, she never said her daughter was lonely.

What's the big deal? For all you know your parents may have mentioned on a forum somewhere that you need a playmate.

Re: kids penpals Help!!

WANTED.

For Kash. I am very worried about him. He's eighteen, and the only pleasure he gets is being naughty on a local internet forum site. He has friends, but they are always out selling cars so he has too much time on his hands. Any suggestions gratefully received.

If you think so, and are good at reading between the lines, but it does not say she is lonely, you are wrong.
