lasses n men it dont matter a rats what they wear so long as its clean, those who think differant want to get a life in my book, snotty gits. p.s.i never wear trackies etc, not cos its chav, cos its MY choice.

Funnily enough, when you're young in this era of chav fashion, you get looked down on if you're NOT wearing trackies and the right pair of trainers.

Think we may have gone off the point a little here Cashy, OK we have stated our likes/dislikes as to certain items of cloths. All these can look quite tidy, just (as the lady in the picture), on how they are worn.

Lots of people don't like jeans ... I do, and think they are Ok, worn at the correct size and with a decent top, etc., but the picture does not do her any favours.

She probably didn't ask your opinion though either

I wear things that could be considered slobbish, for example I wear my uni hoody a lot. At uni, this is absolutely acceptable, because we're all wandering around in hoodies and jeans. It might not be as acceptable if I wore that to a resteraunt or church.

The only reason I am drawing on this is because you used the phrase 'decent top', and perceptions of what is decent differs depending on where you are.

why have i gone off point?

the opening post said lasses are encouraged to smarten up. i'm saying if its clean its ok- just n opinion of some snotty get. its called fashion summat some seem to have forgotten or be past it. i say leave em to it.
