It turned out I hadn't been telling porkies.

If was going to fib, I wouldn't tell a 'little' lie anyway, I'd tell a great big whopper.

i dont see the point of lying i for one cant tell a lie to save my life and definatly couldnt carry the lie through and keep it believable
