Lost the weight ...
... look what its left him with ...
BBC NEWS | Health | Uncomfortable in his own skin The bloke has lost nearly 17 stone in weight ... which is good for him .. hes done well .. but just look what its left him with. Its turned my stomach. Thats the one problem with losing that amount of weight ..

perhaps when he got to say 19 stone he shoudla looked in the mirror and decided to stop stuffing his face before it got too late and avoided this all together

I once lost 2 stone in 2 months, and it did result in excess skin.
Some people resort to having it surgically removed. I can assure you that that excess skin disappears NATURALLY - but it takes time - patience is all that is needed.
