fell ?

jumped , pushed or clowning around maybe but fell ?

then again coulda been working on a repair or somthing but the report is very vague to say the least infact i dont know why the telegraph bothered to put it on their site until they knew more

How can you fall from Arndale carpark?......sounds like (did he fall or was he pushed or did he jump)..........poor man whichever way it happened.

The back of the Arndale where the delivery/pickup section is, just off the roundabout was cordened of by a police car when i drove past around 12.30 ish.

i drove on at 1-00 couldn't weigh up why carpark was virtually empty, then heard on car radio lancs, poor sod.
