Oh yeh so its not just me & in summer its 4.45am when they start up after 3 hrs sleep - mmmm they need a permanent one least one thing i know when its 6 am in winter & 4.45am in summer not that i need to know

LOL! That's the problem! I've been told that cats don't really like to chase mice or I would get the biggest tabby I could find and put it in my loft in autumn as a doorman (your names not down your not coming in type thing) ...... but I hate cats with a passion so can't see the point if it won't do the job I'm asking of it

Hmmm actually!! cats don't have to chase mice!!! just the scent of a cat will prevent the poor ickle mice from taking shelter in your nice warm loft!!

Ballcocks yeh right they only make the alarm call if its peeing it down & not warm darn pests u dont hear em if its too warm & nice cos they are usually out side shimmying down the walls & off till night time lol

YEP lol! Yours get into the floor boards, mine go into the bay in my room and the girls floorboards. So i get woke at silly hours by bleary eyed kids saying "mum someones in the loft"

If i hear any i threaten them with rent charges, now if they paid me to rent the attic well ater a few rules ie they dont come thro house at all then mmm, if no rent they can bog off pmsl
