Blackburn man sends 'alleged' winning ticket in post.

Blackburn man claims £1million lottery win (From Lancashire Telegraph)

And they have the cheek to question our ( Dingles ) intelligence

In the paper I read it said he gave it to his sister to post, now I would have thought she'd read the address and perhaps ask "Why are you writing to the Lottery?" A converstation may have popped up and she may have then been able to put him right and avoid sending the ticket in the first place? Just a thought - I'd think most people would do that ?

It's the truth - I've been sent some valuable things in the post and never gone missing! I've had 2 occasions when there was a delay on 2 items but they turned up a few days late! 20 years ago one item did go missing.

my sis got her bank card stolen by the postman a couple of years ago, the postal service aint that safe
