We were at a wedding of one of my colleagues there late last year(lovely place), they had made a lot of progress in restoration of the place.
the bloke was a known "property developer" from Liverpool who's business had just gone under. We were told he was constantly harrassing the staff, demanded they kept the bar open all night when it had been agreed to close at 3am , got violent towards the staff etc. He set fire to his bill in his room and left.... |
