Thats what we told the council, the jumps have been there longer than i care to remember,s i recall that about 4 or 5 years ago the engineering department at Lancashire County council tried to block of access to the jumps and demolished them and flattened the land only for them to be immediately re-built.
Since then the council have showed absolutley no interest, the unofficial "spokesman" for the Lancashire DH forum said we should take the land by force and "kick the council of it" so to speak. Sounds fun but slightly illegal in my opinion. |
