'The location for this commission is the Market Hall in Accrington, and the young people involved in the project have suggested ideas for the creative work that could be carried out here. Suggestions for interpretation have been a performance using an empty market stall or an exhibition of artwork.'
'The budget for artist fees is £3,000 per commission based on 15 days work at £200 per day, plus £250 for travel costs.'

Might I suggest that the Children are dressed up as market traders of the 2011's, surrounded by local & other produce placed in a style representing a market stall, and can then commence to kick their heels doing nothing, this is to imitate the genuine Market Hall traders forced to come in on a Wednesday.
Any of the group that actually does sell something could then be promised a permanent position as toilet greeter outside the cafe on the balcony.

As you read this, Medallion Man is spending thousands having signs made up stating that unauthorised photographers in the Market Hall will be shot! (an unauthorised photograph is one that doesn't contain him).
