Re: Market Hall Refurbishment

I took Mrs Moss to Accy today for a mooch round and the Market Hall has provided us with tea for the next five nights, really excellent stuff on offer. Almost everything we wanted to have a look at was on sale somewhere in the town centre, the only negative point really being that there is no dedicated bookshop such as The Works. Good to see the Lancashire Tea Rooms have opened in the Arndale too, popped in for a pot of Earl Grey.

However, it was questioned whether Coffeebeanz know that it isn't Christmas....

Well, yes, that is the idea behind a Market Hall, get some food. But a Bookshop? Surely that's for Broadway? Oh, no, that one went years ago.

As for CoffeeBeanz, why mention it? Unless you're trying to keep in with the populous?

We know it's Christmas for them.

Do I notice a little back peddling going on?

Do I detect a difference in your posting?

Nah, just me, too simple to work things out.

Perhaps everytime a harassed parent gives into a skrikin' kiddie, and pops a pound in one of the rides, muzak gets piped into the upstairs lavs, followed by a squirt of Chanel No.5 from the vents.
