Chatting to some of the butchers in the Market Hall today, they were pleased that money is to be invested in the building, but they fear that their livelihoods will be under threat, once the new Tesco opens but a stone's throw away.

Having one's ear to the ground, as one does, one hears a lot of grumbling from the concessions/small businesses in Ossy Mills, unhappy at the vast increases in costs they are being forced to pay for the privilege of trading there.

A picture emerges similar the state run 'markets' in post war eastern Europe.

My point was in a building that would accomodate the traders and the customers out of the wind and rain...not to promote Ossy mills or it's concept...I mean all traders, not just the ones who are fortunate to be inside.
