Re: Meet Benji
With regards to the series of injections, usually the first one is administered at 8 weeks, with the follow up injection being given two weeks later. It is then advisable to wait another couple of weeks, to let the anti-bodies contained in the injections take effect, before letting your pup have any contact with other dogs.

Re: Meet Benji
Would you believe that the parrot has learnt Benji's name already - in about 28 hours, the Mrs must have been shouting of him non stop today, anyway - now the parrot knows he's name he'll soon know it himself

We used to have a african grey parrot. They can be hallarius around dogs. We used to let our little dog out in the back garden for a widdle........just as the dog went out, the bloody parrot would whistle of the dog, so the dog would come in thinking it was us whistling him back in. Sooo funny......poor dog thought he had schizophrenia...

Re: Meet Benji
I think we'll stick to ninetendo dogs - least all the mess & hassle is virtual tho u wouldnt think it at times with the shouting "beg", sit" etc - thats enough lol
Pups are like babies cute till they grow & get little personalites
I'll stick with fish they're easier on the voice & ears lol

Re: Meet Benji
Got a lead for him today and trying him out with it so he can get used to it, he's not too keen though should be OK by the time he's had his jabs and ready for going out, Xmas day will be his 1st outing.
