Re: Met any famous people?

My proudest moment was meeting Meatloaf and taking him on a tour 2 summers ago I work for an airline and we do private charter - he was definately the "best" famous one I have flown. The fact that I have loved all of his music since being ten helped too.

Readng this thread has reminded me that I once met Bill Roach too, in Woollies in Accy donkeys years ago. He was buying a little animal toy from the toy stall for one of his kids.

Re: Met any famous people?

Played cricket against Richard Whitely and that dude who used to play Amos on Emmerdale. Whitely was an obnoxious git.
later as a student- met Deacon Blue and interviewed them.

I used to live round the corner from Jon Anderson (When he was John Anderson) and a friend of mine used to fancy him.

Re: Met any famous people?

I lived next to Jon Anderson [YES fame] what a legend. When I was at school I used to deliver milk with his brother, who was in a local band. I think they were called The Warriors.

See if you can name any of the [famous] people I have met in my [not so famous] career.

R------ G----
J--- M----
T--- B----
H-- M------ T-- Q---- [Easy One]
P------- A----
U-- G-----

Lat week I was with Arthur Smith [Grumpy Old Men] and there are a few more, but I can see you are getting bored.
