Nuked mi bacon, got mi mobile glued to my ear and the comp is on a wireless set up. Now I know why I am daft my brain is fried (relish and on a brown roll please)

I thought that the standing time had something to do with the safety aspect of microwaved food. Doesn't it keep jiggling for a while after it comes out of the oven but if you leave it to stand it finishes cooking and then it's OK?
