I do use mine a lot... but sometimes it feels like the food is still cooking in my tummy: or that could just be me:
It does say leave to stand , but sometimes I can't wait so it must still be cooking:

Eat nuked food but also take multi vitamins. Cn cook but some times cant be bothered n a nuked meal is better than a chippy or any other take away.

It does for a minute or two after. Magpie you must have an asbestos stomach
