Mirror,mirror Not On The Wall.....yet

Having planned my easter weekend around knuckling down & finally getting the bathroom finished all i had left to do was screw some fittings into the wall.On saturday i purchased them all from the Big D store on Blackburn road & returned home to get stuck in.All was fine & come Sunday i had only the mirror to put up.Alas on opening the contents i found one of the fitments broke. Not sure if the store was open Sunday or bank holiday monday, this morning i walked the mile or so to exchange the mirror, which they gladly did.I then walked home, intent on finishing the job before going towork. This time on opening the contents i find one of the fixing brackets missing & realised the assistant must have left it out when she was checking to make sure there was'nt any broken as before. This means another hike to the shop & back tomorrow.Very annoying & frustrating as i'm within touching distance of the finishing line but don't seem to get there.By the way, despite this hiccup,i think the shop does some good stuff at very reasonable prices.

Go for a separation then you can ignore the house and enjoy Bank Holidays!
