Missing Person
Lyndsay has not been seen now for 10 days despite intense searches of the local area.I have seen divers in the Coppice lodges,mounted police and dog teams as well as hundreds of locals searching the Coppice but to no avail.
The family have organised a huge poster and leaflet campaign supported willingly and freely by local printers (some big numbers involved) but as yet nothing has come of it,these posters are available from the campaign office which is at 52 Abbey St Accrington. https://www.lancs.live/news/lancashi...woman-16744750 |

I have been to Burnley Road cemetery this morning, the place was buzzing with police cars etc a white gazebo was erected right at the bottom towards the railway lines. Something serious I would suspect. We did think of Lindsay but the news will tell us at some point.

There is a report in The online LT.....but it reveals nothing other than the cemetery is full of police and forensic teams.
I really hope this is not part of the Lindsay Birbeck investigation....though it would mean sorrow for some other family in the borough.

The LT are reporting that a body has been found and That they have been in touch with Lindsays family.
I would imagine that this is standard practice whether they think it is the missing person or not. They will be living through the hardest of times right now. My thoughts are with them.

Hope who ever did this is caught very soon. It hits home when things like this happen in our own town, its what you see in films, not reality.

Someone hopefully will recognise the bloke.should do its a very clear video, it also said on the news this chap turned down whitewell rd. with this bin, also a blue bin was found near the poor lasses body.
