Whilst the majority of users are responsible there are still those who think that everyone should get out of the way for them 'cos they're disabled. I was once swore at by one lady cos I stopped to open my front door and she had to stop too!

Now that is down right rude tbh, Its totally unacceptable and yes it is those people who should have tuitiion before being allowed one.
Seems he needs a bit of tuition in basic manners too.

they aint dangerous it's the people that drive them.
(especially coach drivers that cant be bothered to walk to and from the coach park into town
