Anyone tried the new Blackburn market yet?
i got a rainbow trout there for £2-30p it was that fresh it was still flapping about on the ice shelf until the fishmonger filleted it for me and asked if i was having it that day when i said no he even vacuum packed it for me.
also there pork chops are a good price the diced chicken is expensive though at £7 for 2lb

Re: Morrisons new store in Accrington

I went in the Morrisons on friday, it's pretty much on my way home and is cheaper than my local Spar, I thought it served it's purpose and my dad was well suited with his bottle of Grants for a tenner! I'll be using it again.

I wonder what will happen to the Thornton's shop in the Arndale. the unit has got to be a lease but I can't but I can't see anyone renewing it as a franchaise. It's to small to be a pound shop.

Why, is it closing down?

Always seems to have customers, when I've been in.

Thorntons are in the brown stuff and it ain't their chocolate, so they intend to gradually shut down their leased premises. It's the number one item on this morning's financial news.

To be quite honest I use Thorntons a lot because they do plenty of Glutton free chocise, but I use the net to order 2 day delivery
