As with the egg thread, also love mushrooms. Cindy (BK - before kids) used to fry fresh ones up in wine and put over a nice steak. I have often thought of growing my own but just haven't taken the initiative!

not wanting to sound like a Jerimiah , But , would advise anyone thinking of going out and picking your own wild mushrooms to take extreme care , lots of varieties are really toxic, and the folks who get survive usually end up on the 'new liver' transplant waiting list , seems to happen every year around my area
