My lunchtime Baguette
So got a Baguette from the Co-op for lunch ya see. Didn't have specs. with me but looked like an egg and salad one.
Came home, started to eat ... uuuugh ! what is this rubbish? Put on specs, looked at label, and said 'Double cheese and Spring Onion Salad' Now, as soon as I knew what I was eating and not expecting egg, then thoroughly enjoyed it. So taste not always reliant on smell and sight, the brain has to tell the taste buds what to tell the stomach to expect.  |
