My Previous angry Thred
If you remember a while ago I posted about a person who broke into my fiances nans house woke her and then left when she screemed.
See Thread - http://www.accringtonweb.com/forum/s...ad.php?t=26842
He has appeared before the courts and was given 3 years of HMP life, thus meaning he will be out in one and a half years.
Result though, as I expected a bit of CS.
As it turns out though a greater good has come from it all, as her property will be a lot more secure now, and an alarm will be fitted. The Accrington Lions & Homewise, and a few other support groups have been great with there support.
If I could give them Karma I would.

Re: My Previous angry Thred
Thanks for that Mr D, was wondering what he would get at the end of the day, better than a suspended though. At least, with the shortage in prisons and non-imprisonement sentences being handed out, they considered he was a priority to go there... good decision.
Pleased that your fiance's nan is feeling safe and secure too, and she is well x

Re: My Previous angry Thred
It doesn't seem much for what he put her through Mr. D but at least it is a prison sentence and not just a telling off. Good to hear she feels safer in her home now but it's a poor do isn't it when we have to barricade ourselves in.

So he got a holiday in one of our excellent prison establishments did he!
Should have chopped the thieving scrotes hands off, that would have been a just punishment

Re: My Previous angry Thred
Thanks for letting us know.
Although not ideal, it's better than a couple of hour picking up litter, and who knows, with bad behaviour he might yet serve the full three years, fingers crossed.

Good thoughts Tinks! Thanks for the information Mr. D. Good that "Nan" will be able to sleep at least a bit better.

Re: My Previous angry Thred
I only hope our local bush telegraph, will inform this cretins fellow inmates of his dreadful offences, and he will be dealt with in a likewise manner.
