I know of the Brewery (Dorset, South west England) but not their particular brews, but have recently been informed that "Copper Dragon" Brewery in the old enemy heartland (Skipton, Yorkshire) produce some amenable Ales.

Altho' we have a limited selection of Brit brews over here .... you can get Bomber: thank you god ... I do like Spitfire, bottle of Britain.

We have a great micro brewery in Kingston at the "Brew Pub" ... if any of you are ever lucky enough to hit K'town in your travels, drop in for a pint of their Dragon's Breath ale.

Nice to be able to ramble on about beer and not go off topic.

I've a couple chilling nicely in my Beer fridge, which father dear fetched over on his last sojourn to this dark continent in the Summer, he also brought so Bomber too but that's long gone.

Suppose it's just following a long British tradition really, Lancaster bombers & Spitfires over to the Fatherland, nothing has really changed it seems in the intervening 60 odd years.

Re: Nanny knows best, two drink free days.

Not a beer fan at all myself - I like a dry cider though -but I must say i love the names they give to all these beers.

Are there beer experts same as there are wine experts I wonder?
