I was surprised to read that it was her first offence in this country Kate, my sentance was based on all the incidents that have occured over the years, my view is that we are too lenient in this country celebrity or not and thats why the country is in the mess its in, you dont get these problems in UAE. Although 200 hours community service sounds like a lot just think of the free publicity she'll be getting.
