Angry New Bicycle Racetrack in Accrington,,,,,.....

Yes its true at great cost to us all a new cycle racetrack has been built in Accrington. I today watched several races around the various obstacles that are provided for those taking part. Even a pit stop for running repairs. Wheelies, rear wheel skids through puddles to cause a spray towards spectators, even a comminity wardens presence choosing to ignore the new sport on...... BROADWAY.....What next in this town.

Perhaps that's how they're getting the rest of the development money - they're getting a lotter grant for a new racetrack.

Take your walking stick and shove it through their spokes mate, that will stop them (very quickly and usually with a dose of pain thrown in for free )

That or ask our community warden to do something about it, (Oh, forgot, we don't have them anymore do we!!!!)

In that case grab a copper and drag him down to broadway and stand there whilst he does his job. Oh, sorry, you need to find one first and its no point ringing the cop shop, I waited over an hour for plod to turn up to an assault I witnessed.

My bike was a purple Typhoon that i got for my birthday when i was 7. Finally got rid of it 2 years ago when i was emptying the garage and found it hanging on the wall! Shows i dont like throwing things out doesnt it especially when i went in there a couple of weeks ago and saw my nieces bike in there - and she brought it up when my mum was looking after her in the school holidays when she was at primary school - shes 32 now!
