Oh, Bl**dy H*ll........ that is the second time today I have gone goosey..............Oh, I am going to have to get a large bottle of tranx to help me cope.
But Thanx for the warning Janet.......I had begun to relax thinking it would be ages yet.

Re: Nhs Dentist

They are also taking patients on at Central Dentists in Blackburn. I rang NHS direct because the tooth in which I need a root filling was flaring up and they sent me to these people who were lovely and registered me, the brat and my partner in all of 2 minutes. They did say it was because the treatment I needed wasn't 'done' at emergency dentists - they would have just dosed me up with amoxcillin again!

Re: Nhs Dentist

Well, I got a phone call this afternoon from a lovely lady called Sue.......To say I was shocked was an understatement.....I HAD begun to think that I had been forgotten....but NO. I have an appointment for Monday 29th of January at 2.30.....OK don't laugh.......I know that is 'dentist time'(tooth hurtee - oh, forget it).
My knees were knocking so hard that it sounded like someone playing the castanets - all be it, very badly. I explained that I was VERY scared, and sue spent a good 10 minutes giving me reassurance.
So whatever you are doing on Monday...please offer up some kind of prayer that I will not let the side down by running screaming along Queens Road.

Re: Nhs Dentist

Can you get them to measure you up for false teeth? the last bloke I had in Blackburn has gone private, and he wants a £1,000 pound, last time they only cost me £135.00 pounds for the same job. Dental Mechanics are not allowed to go into your mouth, I suppose they could copy your old ones, but what use is that when there 'slack' and how much would they want?
