never had one but my mate was doing them last year, they are supposed to be really good and will save you a lot of money in the long run

the cards themselves arent illegal its just what u can do with them
i've been thinkin to get one too so if u get a good local deal pls lemme know gettin them online aint a prob there's quite a few sites that do. only thing i've lost my ds charger! *L*
