I thought that was the ideal that labour aspired to, "do as we say not as we do!" We're all equal brothers (& sisters), only we're the older sibling & we'll tell you how to behave.

Sadly not many do ! They've all got their skellys tucked away in cupboards or under the Patio flagstones. As to the North Koreans, Kim Jong Il is just as bad as all the other despots around the world, his family have run the Country since 1948. His show of might is mainly for his own gratification, if it really came down to it I think half his Military would throw their hands up, faster than they could say "Our dear leader".
